How long does a repair take?
Repairs typically take 7-14 days depending on the type of repair.
What is the process for creating custom jewelry?
We specialize in custome jewelry! Andrew Clement, the owner, will discuss with you to understand your vision for the unique piece. He will then make a general sketch to see if he has caputred your vision. After revising the sketch (unlimited number of proofs), Andrew will then finalize the sketch and make a 3-D model for you to approve. This is another point for you to add your input and make any changes.
