Mountain Gems accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Priority and Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. All orders are shipped from our location in Idaho Springs, Colorado via USPS. Mountain Gems ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS.
Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 2~6 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 2~6 days.
**Due to the high volume of orders during holiday season you may experience extended processing time up to 7 business days.**
Tax rate is based on the shipping address and not the billing address.
Mountain Gems upholds the highest standard of quality for each of our products. We guarantee that the quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed expectations. Every effort is made to ensure your jewelry is shipped in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange any item in its original condition within 14 days and exchange the piece with any other piece of equal or lesser value.

A Package without a Return Authorization from Andrew will not be accepted for exchange.
Any custom order or repair order that is not picked up after a 6 month period prior to completion of order will be resold to cover any outstanding costs
